So, you wanna know about the Landing or area's history?
When you arrive at Guernewood Landing you are actually in Guernewood Park which has become a part of the city of Guerneville, CA in terms of postal address. The Park has quite a sordid past...and present for that matter. I won't repeat what you can find at wikipedia here and here. Instead I will share what requires a trip to a building such as a library or town archive. Keep in mind this is only a semi-static page so come back soon!
